It seems like every other week another diet book hits the bestseller list (and usually stays there just long enough to make room for the next one). This diet book is the first one that I ever actually wanted to read! I have to admit the funny title was what caught my eye, but the funniest thing about this book may be that the author, Carl, is actually completely serious about the methods he used to lose serious weight! Ah... February. A time for snuggling up with your significant other, spoiling one another on Valentine's Day, staying warm and cozy indoors...

And perhaps, about 9 months later, there's be someone new in the house to remind you of that period of "closeness." Someone loud, someone demanding, someone sweet at times, but mostly just plain tyrannical.

Read this book and get prepared for the onslaught. Or you could sleep in separate beds this winter. But the book is lots more fun.
